The Jostaberry is a delicious berry that is a cross between a black currant and a gooseberry. The Jostaberry produces very flavorful, sweet and satisfying berries with a pleasing aftertaste. Produces very healthy and abundant fruit starting early July, usually by the second year. The berries show off the best traits for both parents with glossy round, firm, plump berries. This variety is loaded with Vitamin C juice. No pruning required on this upright bush. Hardy Zones 4-8
